Thank you for shopping with our marketplace. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to provide a fair refund process for both customers and vendors.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be approved if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The item differs significantly from its description
• The order was not delivered within the expected timeframe
• Duplicate or accidental payments were made
• The vendor is unable to fulfill the order

Refund requests should generally be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are typically not available for:

• Digital or downloadable products
• Personalized or customized items
• Perishable goods
• Final sale or non-returnable items

Refund Process

Once a request is submitted:

1. The request will be reviewed by the vendor and admin team
2. Additional information or proof may be requested
3. Customers will be notified after the review is completed

Approved refunds may be issued to the original payment method, marketplace wallet, or store credit.

Order Cancellation

Orders can usually be canceled before shipment or processing. After shipment, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
