Refund Process
Once a request is submitted:
The request will be reviewed by the vendor and admin team
Additional information or proof may be requested
Customers will be notified after the review is completed
Approved refunds may be issued to the original payment method, marketplace wallet, or store credit.
Order Cancellation
Orders can usually be canceled before shipment or processing. After shipment, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
